Important information for your holidays in Gerlos

General information

• Arrival and departure: On arrival day your room is at your disposal from 03.00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am. Please inform us if you arrive later than 06.00 pm!
• All rooms are non-smoking areas. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony.
• For fire protection reasons, it is not allowed to bring along electrical appliances (coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.).

Surcharges and reductions

• Winter: Weekend supplement (Fri, Sat) € 15,- per person and day for a stay up to 3 nights (for stays shorter than 4 nights!)
• Discount in case of overnight stay with breakfast: € 10,- per adult, € 5,- per child.
• Unfortunately, unconsumed meals can not be refunded.
• The reduction for the 3^rd and 4^th adult accommodated in an extra bed amounts to 20 %. We are also happy to compile special offers for singles with child(ren)!
• Small dogs: only on request – cleaning fee € 25,- per day no food included.
  Thank you for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dinning room and spa area.

Flexible cancellation conditions in summer 2023

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

• Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee - Euro 50,- handling fee.
• 30 days to 14 days before arrival : 40 % of the invoice amount
• 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the invoice amount
• in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the invoice amount.

In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100 % of the agreed price.

Cancellation conditions in winter 2022/23

If the following cases occur, you can always cancel or postpone your booking free of charge:

• Government quarantine order for returning travellers from Tyrol.
• No operation possible on site due to Covid-19.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.

• Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee, € 50 handling fee
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the invoice amount
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the invoice amount
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the invoice amount

Payment

Bank transfer of the confirmed room costs is only possible IN ADVANCE. For the rest we kindly ask you to pay the hotel bill the evening before your departure CASH!
