Local taxes of € 1.80 per night, per guest are also due.

Dogs are very welcome when you ask in advance (by request only).
Cleaning fee is EUR 25.00 per day, not including feed.
Please be aware that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining hall or in the wellness area.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. You can only smoke on the balcony should you be in the mood for a cigarette. You can also enjoy a cigarette on the terrace, but please be mindful of other guests.

Bringing in electrical equipment (including coffee machines, kettles etc.) is not permitted for fire safety reasons.

Use of our Saunadörfl wellness area is included in the room price. A wellness bag with sauna towels is provided for you in your room. We are happy to provide bathing robes.

Access to the sauna area is only for adults and teenagers aged over 14.

Massages can be booked on request (surcharge payable)

Parking spaces are available at the hotel for our guests. A parking space is included in the room price.

We would ask you to pay for drinks and extras in cash only.

Please settle your room bill either before arrival or via bank transfer on the evening before you are due to depart.

Cancellation terms for bookings in the summer season

• Up to 1 month before arrival – no cancellation fee
  We charge a processing fee of EUR 50.00
• 30 days to 14 days before arrival:
  40% of the invoice amount
• 13 days to 7 days before arrival:
  70 % of the invoice amount
• In the final week before you are due to arrive:
   90 % of the invoice amount.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.

Cancellation terms for bookings in the winter season

• Up to 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee
  We charge a processing fee of EUR 50.00
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival:
  40 % of the invoice amount
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival:
  70 % of the invoice amount
• In the final week before you are due to arrive:
   90 % of the invoice amount.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
